The Celide Hotel is situated on the main road just outside the ancient Walls that surround the historic center and pedestrian area of Lucca, a short walk from the city’s most important sights and 500 meters away from the railway station.
An excellent starting point from which to head out for a walk through the city center at any time of the day, for a jog on the Walls or out on a shopping spree.
Bicycles are available to our guests, and they constitute a convenient, practical way to get around, to see Lucca from atop the Walls and to discover the city’s most hidden corners.
For trips outside Lucca, half-day and whole-day tour itineraries are organized to explore and get acquainted with interesting areas around the city and to see the most renowned traditional destinations in the heart of Tuscany.
From the A11 motorway, exit at Lucca Est and follow the signs for the city center to the Renaissance walls.
Then, turn right along the avenue that surrounds the outside of the walls (keeping the walls to your left) and continue on until you reach the hotel.
